负责人力资源规划,人事人才相关政策及规章制度的研究制定和实施;领导干部选拔与日常管理;人才引进,国内人才项目的管理,博士后工作;机构编制、人员招聘、调配与岗位聘用工作;薪酬福利与社会保障;职工继续教育与培训;考核评估;干部人事档案管理;外事出访与来访,各类国际人才项目,英文对外宣传;离退休工作;对口联系中国科学院机关及国家有关部门,承担所领导交办的工作等。
